Live Here

There is a reason our apartments are coveted by every New Yorker. Rochdale Village apartments are oversized and built with families in mind. The hallmarks of every 1, 2, and 3 bedroom apartment in the cooperative are comfort and convenience. Each residence has a spacious foyer, ample closets, bright, sunny living rooms and bedrooms – and many have balconies.

Rochdale Village is a completely self-contained community. Our 120 landscaped acres feature tall shade trees, lawns, flowerbeds, sitting areas, basketball and tennis courts, playgrounds and a community garden. Other amenities include two onsite shopping malls, a community center and senior center, as well as reserved parking.

Rochdale Village has waiting lists for all of its apartments. New applicants should use this site as well as HCR’s website to obtain an application to get on the waiting list. We look forward to welcoming you to one of Queens’s most vibrant and exciting communities.

Rochdale Village Safety

A safe and secure community depends on the cooperation and assistance of every cooperator and all staff to be aware of possible safety hazards and of the potential for crime in the community. Crime prevention and prompt reporting of unsafe conditions should be the objectives of every resident and employer/employee in the Rochdale community.

Rochdale’s policy is that residents and employees must report safety hazards, crimes, loss of property, illness, or injury. Incidents can be reported to any officer or by calling or visiting the Office of Public Safety.

You can also email complaints to egaither@rochdalevillage.com to be forwarded to the proper authority.  Please write “complaint” in subject line.  Please include date, time, and location of incident. Emergencies should not be emailed; emails are read and forwarded Monday thru Friday 8am to 4pm.
