ROCHDALE VILLAGE COMMUNITY CENTER SURVEY 2010

The Rochdale Village Community Center is gearing up for new and exciting things. However we would like to take the time to reach out to you, to find out better ways in which to serve your personal and family needs. As we begin to strategize and develop new programs and initiatives to better serve our diverse cooperators, your input is highly encouraged. Your ideas and comments are very important to us, to ensure that your needs are considered and ultimately met. Please take a few minutes to read and answer this short survey (Click here to download survey). To download the current version of Adobe Reader, click here.

We thank you as you partner with us to make the Rochdale Village Community Center a place where every cooperator will find something to do that is both inviting and exciting.

Thank you.
